I bought them for my daughter-in-law and they didn't fit. I email Luxury Lane customer service asking how to return them and never got an answer. I sent two emails about this. The gloves were exquisite, well beyond my expectations: buttery soft leather, precision stitching and details. They were a perfect fit for her. The gloves also lived up to their impressive packaging which included a storage bag. Though it was the holiday season, the golves arrived promptly. I also ordered a pair of the men's gloves for my son-in-law. They too were beautifully executed.
